摘要
为缓解采煤机导向滑靴因磨损而失效报废的现状,理论分析了采煤机导向滑靴耐磨层的磨损方式主要是磨粒磨损和黏着磨损。并通过实验验证了采煤机导向滑靴耐磨层主要的磨损为磨粒磨损和黏着磨损。通过检测试样的摩擦因数、磨损量及磨损后的金相组织,得出表面载荷对磨粒磨损和黏着磨损影响最大,碳化物有利于提高材料的抗重载能力。
In order to alleviate the present situation of the failure of the guide shoe of shearer. Theoretically analyzes the wear mechanism of the wear resistant layer of guide shoe is mainly abrasive wear and adhesive wear. The experience prove that the wear of shoes is mainly obtained abrasive wear and adhesive wear. By testing the coefficient of friction, wear and the metallographic structure, prove that the main influence of abrasive wear and adhesive wear is the load. Carbide contributes to improve the ability of resist heavy load.
