摘要
建立了一种适用于现场分析人员使用的磨损工况铁谱综合分析方法。通过对谱片上的不同磨损颗粒进行分类,再根据磨粒特征参量对设备运行状态判断的贡献大小,给磨粒赋予相应的权重得到磨粒磨损评判权重表,然后结合构建的评判函数对煤矿设备所处的磨损等级作出相应的判断。
A comprehensive ferrography analysis method to monitor the wear condition is estabhshed. Firstly, different kinds of wear particle on the ferrogram are classified. Secondly, according to the contribution of wear particle characteristic parameter to the operation state of equipment, the corresponding wear weight was given to wear particles and the evaluation weights assignment table of the wear particles was obtained. Finally, combined with the evaluation function, the wear grade of coal mine equipment has been judged accordingly.
