摘要
针对传统煤矿提升机的调速精度差、故障查询难、停车误差大等问题,设计了一种全数字控制的煤矿提升机控制系统。该控制系统运用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为核心控制设备,主要用于采集信号的运算和处理。且通过以太网与人机界面通信,以PROFIBUS协议与提升机变频器通信,实现了提升机系统的远程自动控制。
In view of the poor speed regulation accuracy, difficult fault query, large parking error for the traditional coal mine hoist, a control system of coal mine hoist with full digital control is designed. The control system uses programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core control device, which mainly used for signal acquisition and processing. The control system uses the ethernet and the man-machine interface to carry on the communication,and uses PROFIBUS to communicate with the elevator frequency converter, it realizes the remote automatic control of the elevator system.
