摘要
研究采用高温氯化工艺回收焙烧氰化尾渣中的有价金属。结果表明,在氯化钙添加量7%、1 100℃焙烧2h的条件下,Au、Ag、Cu、Pb、Zn的挥发率分别达到97.52%、71.78%、85.92%、98.59%、93.81%。球团采用梯级烘干的干燥工艺,经40min干燥后,干球团落下强度>10次/0.5m,抗压强度90%>100N,基本符合回转窑进料的强度要求。
Recovery of valuable metals from roasting cyanidation residue by high temperature chloridizing was investigated.The results show that volatilization rate of Au,Ag,Cu,Pb and Zn is 97.52%,71.78%,85.92%,98.59% and 93.81%,respectively under the conditions of CaCl2 addition of 7%,roasting temperature of 1 100℃,and roasting time of 2h.Gradient drying process was adopted to prevent pellet bursting and after 40 min drying,falling strength of dry pellets is10times/0.5mand compressive strength is 90%〉100N,both basically meeting the feeding requirement of rotary kiln.
