Annexin3 A3与锌指蛋白217在卵巢癌组织表达与铂类药物耐药的关系

Relationship between expression of Annexin3 A3 and zinc finger protein 217 in ovarian cancer and drug resistance

目的探讨膜联蛋白A3(Annexin A3)、锌指蛋白217(ZNF217)与卵巢癌铂类化疗耐药的关系。方法选择2013年5月至2015年9月我院收集的卵巢癌患者的新鲜手术标本64例,选择同期30例卵巢良性肿瘤和32例正常卵巢组织作为对照。测定卵巢癌组织铂类敏感性,并采用免疫组织化学方法检测标本中Annexin A3和ZNF217蛋白。比较不同组织、不同铂类药物敏感性组织中Annexin A3和ZNF217蛋白的表达情况。结果 64例卵巢癌组织标本中,高度敏感21例、部分敏感28例、耐药15例。卵巢癌组织中Annexin A3和ZNF217蛋白与卵巢良性肿瘤、正常卵巢组织中ZNF217蛋白表达情况相比,低表达和高表达病例数均显著增加(P<0.05)。耐药卵巢癌组织Annexin A3蛋白高表达比例显著高于部分敏感和高度敏感的卵巢癌组织(P<0.05),耐药卵巢癌组织ZNF217蛋白高表达比例显著高于高度敏感的卵巢癌组织(P<0.05),与部分敏感卵巢癌组织差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论 Annexin A3和ZNF217基因的上调表达与卵巢癌细胞铂类耐药性增强有关,对于铂类药物治疗卵巢癌有临床指导意义。

Objective To investigate the relationship between annexin A3（Annexin A3）,zinc finger protein 217（ZNF217） and platinum resistance in ovarian cancer.Methods From May 2013 to September 2015,64 patients with ovarian cancer in our hospital were collected from fresh surgical specimens of the patients with ovarian cancer in our hospital in the same period of the last year,and a total of 30 patients with benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissues of the same period were selected as control group.The sensitivity of platinum in ovarian cancer tissues was determined and the Annexin A3 and ZNF217 protein were detected by immunohistochemical method.To compare the expression of Annexin A3 and ZNF217 protein in different tissues and different platinum drugs.Results In 64 cases of ovarian cancer tissues,21 cases were highly sensitive,some were sensitive to the drug in the other group,and the drug resistance was found in 15 cases（28 cases）.The expression of Annexin and ZNF217 protein in ovarian cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues,and the expression of ZNF217 and A3 protein were significantly lower（P〈0.05）.The high expression of Annexin protein in A3 resistant ovarian cancer tissue was significantly higher than the proportion of some sensitive and highly sensitive ovarian cancer（P〈0.05）,the high expression of ZNF217 protein in ovarian cancer tissue was significantly higher than the proportion of highly sensitive ovarian cancer（P〈0.05）,and the difference of some sensitive ovarian cancer tissue was not significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The up regulation of Annexin and ZNF217 gene expression of A3 is associated with the enhancement of platinum resistance in ovarian cancer cells.
