综合护理干预创伤骨科患者术后疼痛效果观察

Observation on the Effects of Comprehensive nursing in Intervening Postoperative Pain of the Patients in the Department of Bone Trauma

目的:观察综合护理干预对创伤骨科患者疼痛缓解的效果。方法:将创伤骨科患者80例随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上予综合护理干预。观察2组患者日常生活能力恢复情况,Barthel指数评分、VAS评分、术后镇痛药物使用率以及护理满意率。结果:观察组术后不同时段VAS评分低于对照组。2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组术后镇痛药物使用率观察组为42.50%,对照组为72.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意率为95.00%,对照组为80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可缓解创伤骨科患者的疼痛,提高护理满意率。

Objective： To observe the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on relieving the pain of the patients with bone trauma. Methods： Eighty patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases each group. The control group received routine care, and the observation group comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine care. Daily life ability recovery conditions, Barthel indexes scales, VAS, the frequency of postoperative analgesic drugs and nursing satisfaction rate of both groups were observed. Results： The observation group was lower than the control group in VAS scales at different periods after the operation, and the difference had statistical meaning （P〈 0.05）. the frequency of postoperative analgesic drugs of the observation group was 42.50%, lower than 72.50% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00%, higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention could relieve the pain of the patients with bone trauma, and raise nursing satisfaction rate.
