摘要
脑皮质发育不良(CD)是由胚胎早期神经前体细胞增殖、分化、迁移及突触、神经网络形成异常引起,目前免疫炎症机制被认为与CD的形成密切相关。而Toll样受体(TLRs)是介导免疫炎症的重要受体之一,它广泛分布于中枢神经系统。在胚胎早期,外源性或内源性配体激活TLRs,介导了一系列炎症反应,其产生的炎性因子对脑皮质发育有重大影响。因此,研究免疫炎症机制能为CD相关疾病的诊断、治疗及预防提供新思路。
The cortical dysplasia(CD) is caused by the disorder of the proliferation, differentiation,migration of neural precursor cells and formation of synapse and neural network in the early stage of embryo. At present, the immune inflamma- tory mechanism is thought to be closely related to the formation of CD. Toll-like receptors(TLRs) are one of the important receptors in immune inflammation, widely distributed in the central nervous system. In the early embryo, exogenous or endog- enous hgands activate TLRs, and then mediate a series of inflammatory reaction, and produce inflammatory cytokines. At length, the inflammatory factors have a significant impact on the CD. Therefore, the study of immune inflammation mecha- nism can provide a new idea for the diagnosis ,treatment and prevention of CD related diseases.
