摘要
骨形态发生蛋白4(BMP4)是BMP家族的一员,参与很多生物学过程,如细胞的增殖、分化、迁移、凋亡等。近年来,BMP4在胚胎发育及各种组织(如骨组织、肿瘤组织、心血管系统、脑组织)中发挥着重要作用,尤其是血管调节方面的作用备受关注。其作用机制复杂,且参与多种信号通路级联反应,因此深入了解BMP4在疾病中的作用机制至关重要,可以为疾病的靶向治疗提供一定的理论依据。
Bone Morphogenetic protein 4 (BMP4) is a member of the BMP family, which is involved in many biological processes,such as cell proliferation, differentiation, migration, and apoptosis etc. Recently, studies demonstrate that BMP4 plays an important role in embryonic development and many tissues, including bone, tumoum, cardiovascular system, brain, especially in the vascular regulation. BMP4 participates in lots of signaling pathways and its mechanisms are really complex. It is crucial to understand the mechanisms of BMP4 that may be an efficient therapeutic method for many clinical diseases.
