神经调节蛋白(NRG)是具有多种效应的生长因子家族,在许多神经障碍性疾病(包括多发性硬化、脑外伤、脊髓损伤、周围神经病变和精神分裂症)中均发挥了重要作用。NRG在神经系统、心脏、乳腺的发育中具有广泛的作用,可以调节突触可塑性,刺激增殖与生存,调节许多不同类型细胞的活动性。在外周神经损伤后,NRG/Erb B信号系统参与神经病理性疼痛的多个过程。
Neuregnlin(NRG) is a family of pleiotrophic growth factors that play important roles in many neurological disorders including multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain, spinal cord injury, peripheral neuropathy and schizophrenia. The NRG family has been demonstrated to play vital roles in the development of the nervous system, heart and mammary glands. It can modulate synaptic plasticity and stimulate the proliferation, survival, and motility of a number of different cell types. NRG/ ErbB signaling system participates in the process of neuropathy pain after peripheral nerve injury.
