摘要
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)容易恶化为急性心肌梗死或者直接导致猝死,对人体健康带来了严重的危害。临床医师一直在针对此类疾病研究更为有效、对患者的长期预后有更多获益的治疗方法。传统中医药中的丹参具有活血化瘀、补益心气的作用,而丹参多酚酸盐注射液是用现代工艺从丹参中提取有效成分的新型药物,现已广泛用于冠心病的治疗。本文分析文献资料中丹参多酚酸盐在治疗心血管疾病的药理作用特点及其在冠心病治疗方面取得的成果。
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease can cause acute myocardium infarction or even sudden death when the disease deteriorates,greatly afflicting people＇s health. Clinical doctors keep on searching for therapies of higher efficiency which can also bring long term benefits to patients. In the meantime, the traditional Chinese medicine salviae miltiorrhiza has the function of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, nourishing vitality and protecting heart. By extracting rele- vant components of salviae miltiorrhiza through modem technology, the salvianolate injection is created and widely applied in the treatment of coronary heart diseases nowadays. Here is to analyze the pharmacological effects of salvianolic acids and the achievements in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
