摘要 目的:探讨心理行为干预对学龄期支气管哮喘患儿自我管理的影响。方法:将82例6~14岁的支气管哮喘患儿按就诊顺序随机分为干预组和对照组各42例,两组使用相同的治疗方法,对照组实施传统护理,干预组接受心理行为干预,比较两组心理认知水平、复发及疗效情况。结果:经干预后干预组心理认知水平高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组哮喘复发及治疗总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理行为干预可有效提高学龄期支气管哮喘患儿自我管理水平,可明显增强疗效,减少复发发生。 Objective: To explore the effects of psychological and behavioral intervention on self management of children with bronchial asthma in school age. Methods: A total of 82 cases of 6 - 14 years old children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 42 cases in each group. Two groups use the same treatment method,and the control group received conventional care,while the intervention group received psychological intervention. Psychological cognitive levels,the recurrence rate and the curative effects were compared between two groups. Results: The psychological and cognitive level of intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P〈0. 01),and the rate of relapse and total effective rate of the observation group was better than those of the control group( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Psychological behavior intervention can effectively improve the self-management level of school-age children with bronchial asthma,can significantly enhance the curative effect,reduce recurrence.
