综合性护理在老年呼吸衰竭机械通气患者中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing in Elderly Patients with Respiratory Failure Undergoing Mechanical Ventilation

目的:探讨综合性护理在老年呼吸衰竭机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法:将81例老年呼吸衰竭患者按照入院先后分为观察组43例和对照组38例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合性护理,比较两组呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)、压疮发生率、机械通气时间、ICU住院时间、总住院时间及护理满意度。结果:观察组VAP发生率、压疮发生率、机械通气时间、ICU住院时间及总住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理的基础上给予综合性护理干预,能够有效降低机械通气老年呼吸衰竭患者的VAP和压疮发生率,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective： To explore the application effects of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with respiratory failure mechanical ventilation. Methods： A total of 81 elderly patients with respiratory failure in accordance with the admission were divided into the observation group with 43 cases and the control group with 38 cases. The control group was given the conventional nursing care,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care on the basis of the conventional nursing care. The incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia（ VAP） and pressure ulcers,mechanical ventilation time,length of stay in ICU time and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results： The incidence of VAP and pressure ulcer,mechanical ventilation time,ICU hospitalization time and total hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： On the basis of routine nursing,comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of VAP and pressure sores in elderly patients with mechanical ventilation and improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
