住院老年精神分裂症患者社会功能及影响因素调查

Investigation on Social Function and Influencing Factors of Hospitalized Elderly Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:调查上海市住院老年精神分裂症患者的社会功能情况,并分析其主要影响因素。方法:采用住院精神患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)、社会领悟支持量表(PSSS)、老年抑郁量表(GDS)和一般情况问卷,对上海市3所精神卫生中心的100例老年精神分裂症患者进行调查,共收回有效问卷87份。结果:87例老年精神分裂症患者总体社会功能均分为(25.52±9.70)分;有78例(89.7%)存在着不同程度的社会功能障碍(SSPI总分≤38),其中重度18例,中度38例,轻度22例;多元性回归分析发现,抑郁程度、文体活动及与亲友联系是患者总体社会功能的主要影响因素。结论:住院老年精神分裂症患者存在较为严重的社会功能缺陷,严重影响其心理社会康复;影响患者社会功能的主要因素包括抑郁情绪、社会支持和亲友联系少、文体活动参与程度低等,在临床护理工作中,应对患者提供相应的干预措施。

Objective： To investigate the social function of hospitalized elderly schizophrenic patients in Shanghai,and analyze the main influencing factors. Methods： 100 cases of senile schizophrenia patients chosen from three mental health centers in Shanghai were investigated by using the social function rating scale（ SSPI）,social support scale（ PSSS）,geriatric depression scale（ GDS） and the general situation questionnaires,and finally 87 valid questionnaires were collected. Results： the overall social function scale scores of 87 senile schizophrenia patients were（ 25. 52 ± 9. 70）; 78 cases of them（ 89. 7%） had different degrees of social impairment（ SSPI score less than 38）,of which18 cases were severe,and 38 were moderate and 22 were mild. Multivariate regression analysis showed that degrees of depression,sports activities and contact with family and friends are the main factors affecting the overall social function of patients. Conclusion： There are serious defects of social function in hospitalized elderly patients with schizophrenia,having serious impact on the psychological and social rehabilitation. There are some main factors influencing patients＇ social function including depression,social support and contact relatives,the low degree of participation in cultural and sports activities. In the clinical nursing work,we should provide the corresponding intervention measures to deal with the patients.
