老年2型糖尿病患者口腔健康生活质量及影响因素调查分析

Analysis and Investigation on Oral Health Quality of Life and Influencing Factors in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病患者口腔健康生活质量及影响因素。方法:选取老年2型糖尿病患者115例作为研究组,选取同期在内科治疗的其他疾病患者115例作为对照组,两组采用老年人口腔健康生活质量评价指数(GOHAI)和口腔健康行为问卷进行调查,比较两组口腔健康生活质量及影响因素。结果:研究组GOHAI除对牙齿牙龈外观不满意、在他人面前吃东西不自在、感到紧张或不自在3个条目外,评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);每天刷牙2次者,口腔生理功能、疼痛与不适、心理功能得分较低(P<0.05);每天使用牙签1次和每年至少看牙医2次者,口腔生理功能得分较低(P<0.05);每天使用牙线1次和采用竖刷刷牙法者,疼痛与不适得分较低(P<0.05);使用软毛牙刷者,口腔生理功能、心理功能得分较低(P<0.05),口腔健康行为问卷的7个条目均对GOHAI总分有影响(P<0.05)。结论:老年2型糖尿病患者口腔健康生活质量较差,其与口腔健康行为密切相关。

Objective： To explore oral health quality of life and its influencing factors in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods： Selected 115 cases with type 2 diabetes as the study group,selected 115 patients with other disease medical treatment in the same period as the control group,two groups＇ oral health-related quality of life and influence factors were compared by using the oral health quality of life evaluation index（ GOHAI） and oral health behavior questionnaires. Results： The study group of GOHAI were higher than those in the control group in addition to the unsatisfied appearance of teeth and gums,eating in front of others uncomfortable,feeling nervous or uncomfortable,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The patients who brush teeth twice a day,their oral physiological function,pain and discomfort,mental function scores were relatively lower than others in the same group; and the patients who use a toothpick every day 1 time and seek a dentist at least twice a year,their oral physiological function scores were relatively lower than the others.The patients who use daily dental flossing 1 time and use vertical brush method,pain and discomfort scores were relatively lower than others; The patients who use a soft toothbrush,oral physiological function,psychological function scores were relatively lower than the others（ P〈0. 05）. A total of 7 items of the oral health behavior questionnaire had effects on the total score of GOHAI（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Oral health quality of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes is poor,which is closely related to oral health behavior.
