舒适护理干预对宫颈癌术后患者的影响

Effects of Comfort Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的:探讨舒适护理干预对宫颈癌术后患者的影响。方法:将70例宫颈癌手术治疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予舒适护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组尿路感染、尿潴留发生率及生活质量评分、首次排尿残余量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理干预可降低宫颈癌术后患者的尿路感染、尿潴留发生率,提高生活质量,促进其康复。

Objective：To explore the effects of comfort nursing intervention on postoperative patients with cervical cancer. Methods：A total of 70 patients with cervical cancer surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 35 cases. The control group was given the routine nursing care ,while the observation group was given the comfort nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects were compared between two groups. Results ： There was significant difference between two groups in the incidence of urinary tract infection, urinary retention, quality of life score, and the amount of residual urine for the first time （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Comfort nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection, urinary retention and improve the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer after operation.
