达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜肾肿瘤剜除术62例围术期护理 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜肾肿瘤剜除术患者的围术期护理方法及效果。方法:回顾性分析62例采用达芬奇机器人系统辅助行腹腔镜下肾肿瘤剜除手术患者的临床资料,总结护理措施,观察临床效果。结果:本组62例手术成功,手术时间(193.5±28.8)min,术后肠道功能恢复时间(1.90±0.27)d,导尿管留置时间(2.55±0.49)d,术后恢复至下床活动时间(2.6±0.5)d,术后住院时间(6.85±0.68)d。术后5例高热,1例严重贫血,2例全身浮肿,经积极干预,均明显好转。所有患者均无护理并发症发生。结论:达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜肾肿瘤剜除术具有创伤小、恢复快的特点,有利于促进患者康复。 Objective:To investigate perioperative nursing methods and effects on the patients with Da Vinci robot assisted laparoscopic renal tumor enucleation. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 62 cases with Da Vinci robot assisted laparoscopic renal tumor enucleation summarized the nursing measures and observed the clinical effect. Results:62 surgery cases were successful. The operative time was ( 193.5 ± 28.8 ) rain, and postoperative intestinal function recovery was time ( 1.90 ± 0.27 ) d. The indwelling catheter time was ( 2.55 ± 0.49 ) d, and postoperative recovery and ambulation time was ( 2.6 ± 0.5 ) d. The postoperative hospitalization time was ( 6.85 ± 0.68 ) d. After operation,5 cases high fever, 1 case severe anemia,2 cases systemic edema, during positive intervention, were significantly improved. No complication occurred in all patients. Conclusion : Da Vinci robot assisted laparoscopic enucleation of the renal tumor with small trauma, quick recovery, promote the rehabilitation of patients.
