摘要
采用无动力高效吸收-再生技术处理氨氮废水。实验结果表明,吸收液的盐度对氨氮废水的处理效果影响不大。在料液侧pH>11、流速为11.25 L/(h·m^2),吸收液侧pH<2、流速为18.75 L/(h·m^2)的条件下,当进水氨氮为1.2~45 g/L时,可确保出水氨氮<10 mg/L。吸收液以铵盐形式回收,回收率高达99%以上。采用无动力高效吸收-再生技术处理氨氮废水具有运行成本低、资源可回收、操作简单、管理方便以及无二次污染等优点。
Ammonia-nitrogen wastewater has been treated by unpowered and highly efficient absorption-recyclingtechnology. The experimental results indicate that the salinity of absorption liquid does not have obvious effect onammonia-nitrogen wastewater treatment. Under the following conditions:the feed liquid side pH is higher than 11,the flow rate is 11.25 L/(h·m^2),the absorption liquid side pH is lower than 2,the flow rate is 18.75 L/(h·m^2),whenthe ammonia-nitrogen concentration of the feed liquid is in the range of 1.2-45 g/L,it is assured that the effluentammonia-nitrogen concentration can be less than 10 mg/L. The absorption liquid can be recovered in form ofammonium salts,and the recovery rate is as high as 99% above. The technology has many advantages,such as lowoperation cost,recoverable resources,easy operation,convenient management and no secondary pollution,etc.
