肺炎支原体肺炎发病机制研究进展 被引量:120

Research progress in the pathogenesis of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

摘要 肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP)是儿童社区获得性肺炎(community acquired pneumo-nia,CAP)的常见病原体,既往认为MP引起的肺炎支原体肺炎(mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,MPP)为轻症、自限性疾病。然而,近年来,重症及难治性肺炎支原体肺炎报道逐渐增多,提示其除造成肺部损伤外,还可伴有多种肺外表现,累及心血管、神经、消化、血液、肌肉骨骼等多个系统,甚至威胁患儿生命。
