针对高压变频器在球团烧结工程应用中风机不能因为自身故障造成停止生产的应用特点,设计了一种具有在线并网功能的高压变频器互备切换的电控系统。球团烧结应用工程中包括主抽风机、鼓干风机、回热风机、冷却风机等,这4台风机是保证球团窑正常工作的必要条件,因此将4台风机的电控系统设计成一个整体的系统,4台高压变频器互为备用,高压变频器和工频电网之间可实现无扰切换。实际应用中系统运行可靠,保证了生产的正常运行。

To solve the problem of production stop in pellets sintering because of the fault of the high voltage inverter, A new onine grid type high voltage frequency converter which has standby each other electrical system.The pellets sintering applicaton engineering include the main exhaust fan,the dry drum fan,the return hot fan,the cooling fan.The Pellet kiln mormally working require the four fans proper functioning.So the four fans＇ electrical system is designed into a whole system.The four high voltage converter work fo each other, The high voltage converter and the grid work for each other.The whole electrical system operate reliably in the practical application,which ensure the normal operation of the producton.
