摘要
针对国内外电子装备贮存可靠性研究历史进行了阐述,对贮存失效相关的贮存剖面、贮存失效机理、贮存可靠性评估模型和方法进行归纳总结,并最终得出电子产品贮存失效研究的几点结论。
In this paper, the research history of storage reliability of electronic equipment is expounded. The storage failure-related storage profile, storage failure mechanism, storage reliability evaluation model and method are summarized. And finally this paper draws several conclusions about the study of electronic Droduct storage failure.
