摘要
针对正交异性钢桥面板U肋与横隔板焊接接头处的疲劳性能问题,通过有限元计算和试验对比分析,确定此焊接部位为疲劳问题应关注的细节之一,验证可通过U肋尺寸与剖口形式的优化设计进而改善此部位的疲劳性能,同时验证该试件在200万次的实桥等效疲劳作用次数下未开裂,设计符合要求。研究成果对今后的此类桥梁结构设计以及疲劳问题的研究具有一定的参考价值。
In order to improve the fatigue performance of the joint between the U shaped rib web and the transverse rib web in the orthotropic steel bridge deck,through finite element calculation and experiment analysis,this paper identified that the fatigue problems should receive more attention regards to the details of the welding parts,and the optimization design of the U shaped rib size and the groove form can improve the fatigue performance. This paper also verified that the specimen doesn't crack under the real bridge equivalent fatigue life role of 2 million,which can meet the design requirements well. The results have certain reference value to the design and fatigue problems of this kind of bridge structure in the future.
