鼻中隔软骨在鼻尖整形和修复隆鼻手术中的应用效果研究

The Effect Study of Nasal Septal Cartilage Application in Rhinoplasty and Repair Augmentation Rhinoplasty Surgery

目的:研究分析在鼻尖整形和修复隆鼻手术中应用鼻中隔软骨的效果。方法:随机选取2012年3月-2015年9月在本院实施鼻尖整形和修复隆鼻手术的患者50例,征得患者及其家属同意后,在整形和隆鼻术中应用鼻中隔软骨,观察分析治疗效果。结果:对实施鼻尖整形和修复隆鼻术的50例患者施予4个月~1年的随访,在随访期间实施隆鼻手术的所有患者鼻尖都抬高,同时鼻形理想。和手术前相比较,手术治疗后患者凹陷症状与萎缩症状均得到改善,同时患者鼻头在不同程度上均缩小,未见显著手术瘢痕和肿胀现象。全部患者在手术后均未出现鼻尖萎缩、血肿及鼻软骨吸收等相关并发症,且患者对本次手术效果均比较满意。结论:在鼻尖整形和修复隆鼻手术中应用鼻中隔软骨,操作简单便捷,安全可靠,可获得显著且理想的效果,可行性强,应用价值和推广价值均比较高。

Objective： To study the application effect of nasal septal cartilage application in rhinoplasty and repair augmentation rhinoplasty surgery.Method： 50 patients with rhinoplasty and repair augmentation rhinoplasty surgery in our hospital from March 2012 to September 2015 were randomly selected, with the consent of the patients and their families agree after the application of nasal septal cartilage application in rhinoplasty and repair augmentation rhinoplasty surgery, analyzed the treatment effect.Result： On the implementation of 50 cases of rhinoplasty and repair augmentation rhinoplasty surgery for 4 months to 1 year of follow-up, in the follow-up implementation of all patients nasal tip rhinoplasty and nasal elevation, the ideal shape.And before surgery compared with surgery after treatment of patients with depression symptoms and atrophy symptoms were improved, while patients with nose were reduced in different degrees, there was no significant scar and swelling phenomenon. All of the patients before and after surgery there was no nose and nasal cartilage atrophy, hematoma absorption and other related complications, and patients on the surgical effect were more satisfied.Conclusion： Nasal septal cartilage application in rhinoplasty and repair augmentation rhinoplasty surgery, the operation is simple and convenient, safe and reliable, can obtain a significant and ideal effect, feasibility, application value andpromotion value are relatively high.
