精神分裂症患者家属心理应激的现状及其影响因素分析

Analysis of Status Quo of Psychological Stress of Family Members of Schizophrenic Patients and Its Influencing Factors

目的:观察精神分裂症患者家属心理应激的现状及其影响因素。方法:选取2015年6月-2016年12月在湛江市第三人民医院精神科及广州市民政局精神病院住院治疗的精神分裂症患者的一级家属60例作为研究对象,采用自拟问卷调查表、亲属应激量表(RSS)、焦虑(SAS)及抑郁(SDS)自评量表对精神分裂症患者一级家属应激情况进行调查,并进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析,分析精神分裂症患者家属心理应激的现状及其影响因素。结果:精神分裂症患者家属心理应激与自拟问卷调查总分、SAS评分呈正相关(P<0.05);精神分裂症患者家属心理应激与SDS评分无明显相关性(P>0.05);单因素分析显示:精神分裂症患者家属心理应激三个因子与年龄、职业状况等差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);精神分裂症患者家属心理应激三个因子与性别、婚姻状况及文化程度关系密切(P<0.05);多因素Logistic多因素分析显示:精神分裂症患者家属心理应激三个因子与性别、婚姻状况及文化程度关系密切(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者家属的应激对其健康会出现不同程度的影响,应根据影响因素给予患者家属更多的理解和支持,改善患者家属的心理健康,提高其生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the status of psychological stress and its influencing factors in family members of schizophrenic patients.Method： A total of 60 first-degree family members of schizophrenic patients were selected from June 2015 to December 2016, who were hospitalized in the Third People＇s Hospital of Zhanjiang City and Mental Hospital of Guangzhou Civil Administration.The self-designed questionnaires （ SAS ） and self- rating depression scale （ SDS ） were used to investigate the stress status of the first-degree family members of schizophrenic patients, and single factor and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the mental state psychological stress status of family members of patients with schizophrenia and its influencing factors. Result： The psychological stress of the family members of schizophrenic patients was positively correlated with the scores of self-administered questionnaire and SAS scores （ P〈0.05 ） .The psychological stress of family members of schizophrenic patients had no significant correlation with SDS scores （ P〉0.05 ） .The factor analysis showed that there were no significant differences in the three factors of psychological stress and family history of schizophrenic patients （ P〉0.05 ） .There were no significant differences in psychological stress between family members of schizophrenic patients and gender, marital status and culture （ P〈0.05 ） .Multivariate logistic multivariate analysis showed that family members of schizophrenic patients had close relationship with gender, marital status and educational level （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The stress of family members of schizophrenic patients has different effects on their health, the family members of schizophrenic patients should be given more understanding and support to improve their mental health and quality of life.
