腭裂术后腭咽闭合不全患儿维吾尔语辅音/z/与汉语辅音/z/的声学参数比较

A Comparative Study of Acoustic Parameters of Consonant /z/ in Uyghur and Chinese Language of Patients with Velopharyngeal Insufficiency

目的:对腭裂术后腭咽闭合不全患儿维吾尔语辅音/z/与汉语辅音/z/的声学参数进行分析与比较,寻找适用于维汉两种语言的腭裂语音通用声学参数。方法:收集2014年1月-2015年12月期间因术后复查或拟行语音治疗前来新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院口腔颌面外科的35例腭裂术后腭咽闭合不全患儿为VPI组(velopharyngeal insufficiency)与35例来自南北疆的正常儿童为正常组维汉辅音/z/的录音资料,运用PRAAT语音分析软件进行声学参数提取,用统计方法比较第一共振峰(F1)、第二共振峰(F2)、第三共振峰(F3)、第四共振峰(F4)、辅音时长(CD)及音强(CA)。结果:两组维吾尔语辅音/z/的F1、F3及F4值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组汉语辅音/z/时长F1、F2及F3值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VPI组维吾尔语与汉语辅音/z/的F2及CD值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常组维吾尔语与汉语辅音/z/的F4及CD值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:维汉辅音/z/的声学参数在腭裂术后腭咽闭合不全患儿与正常儿童语音之间的差异均显著,维汉两种语言之间存在腭裂语音通用声学参数,在将来的研究中可以寻找更多的通用参数。

Objective： To compare acoustic parameters of patients with velopharyngeal insufficiency in Uyghur and Chinese consonant/z/, looking for universal parameters for reporting speech outcomes in cleft palate patients with post-palatoplasty velopharyngeal of the two languages.Method ： Sound data of Uyghur and Chinese consonant/z/of 35 patients from postoperative review or speech treatment with post-palatoplasty ve]opharyngeal were collected at the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery of People＇s Hospital of Xinjiang Uyghur autonomous region from January 2014 to December 2015 as the VPI group, and 35 normal children were selected from southern and northern Xinjiang regions as the control group.The PRAAT speech analysis software was used to extract acoustic parameters, the first format （ F1 ）, the second format （ F2 ）, the third format （ F3 ）, the fourth format （ 174 ）, the duration of the consonants （ CD ） and the sound intensity （ CA ） of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result： Compared the value of F1, F3 and F4 in Uyghur consonant/z/of two groups, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Compared the value of F1, F2 and F3 in Chinese consonant/z/of two groups, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Compared the consonant/z/of Uyghur and Chinese, the value of F2 and CD in VPI group were different （ P〈O.05 ）, the value of F4 and CD in control group were different （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： There are differences in acoustic parameters of consonant/z/between speech outcomes in cleft palate patients with post-palatoplasty velopharyngeal and normal children speech.There are universal acoustic parameters of cleft palate speech between two languages, in the future study may look for more universal parameters.
