摘要
目的:探讨子宫腺肌病患者在位和异位内膜组织中缺氧诱导因子-1蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测子宫腺肌病患者的在位和异位内膜组织各60例,并将其与正常子宫内膜30例的阳性率进行统计学分析。结果:HIF-1表达中,子宫腺肌病内膜、肌层的表达大于正常子宫内膜及肌层。子宫腺肌病中异位和在位内膜中的表达为86.67%和65.00%,相比正常子宫内膜33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。异位内膜表达也高于在位内膜,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫腺肌病的发生、发展与HIF-1关系密切,可促进子宫腺肌病细胞的生长、血管形成。
Objective: To explore the clinical significance and expression of Hypoxia inducible factor-1 in adenomyosis.Mehtod: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the each 60 cases of eutopic and eetopic endometrial tissue with adenomyosis, and the positive rate was compared with that of normal endometrium in 30 cases.Result: The expression of the muscular layer and endometrium of adenomyosis in HIF-1 were greater than that of normal endometrium and muscular layer; expression in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis were respectively 86.67% and 65.00%, compared with normal endometrium of 33.33%, there were statistically significant differences ( P〈0.05 ) .The expression of ectopic endometrium was higher than that in eutopic endometrium, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: The occurrence and development of adenomyosis is closely related to HIF-1, which can promote the growth and angiogenesis of adenomyosis.
