摘要
目的:对血管回声跟踪技术(E-Tracking)用于评价孕晚期妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)患者的血管内皮功能变化的应用价值进行探讨研究。方法:选择本院于2014年7月-2016年10月间收治的孕晚期正常孕妇36例(对照组)和HDCP患者(观察组)60例,应用E-Tracking技术对两组患者足背动脉的弹性系数(Eρ)、硬化度(β)、膨大系数(AI)、动脉顺应性(AC)以及单点脉搏波传导速率(PWVβ)超声测量,以及一氧化氮(NO)、血清内皮素(ET)的水平进行检测。结果:观察组Eρ、β、AI、PWVβ、ET值与对照组相比显著较高,而AC、NO_2^-/NO_3^-值显著较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在观察组中,子痫前期患者的Eρ、β、AI、PWVβ、ET值显著高于妊娠期高血压患者,而AC、NO_2^-/NO_3^-值较低,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HDCP患者存在血管内皮依赖性舒张功能损伤,利用血管回声跟踪技术能对患者的内皮损伤成能进行有效的检测。
Objective: The discussion and research of the application of vascular echo-tracking technique ( E-tracking ) for the evaluation of vascular endothelial metergasis in the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy ( HDCP ) patients with late pregnancy.Method : Thirty-six cases of normal pregnant women ( control group ) and sixty cases of HDCP patients ( observation group ) in the late pregnancy in our hospital from July 2014 to October 2016 were selected.E-Tracking technique was utilized for the ultrasonic measurement of such parameters as elasticity coefficient ( E ρ ), hardenability ( β ), expansion coefficient ( AI ), arterial compliance ( AC ), single point pulse wave velocity ( PWV β ) , the detection of nitrogen oxide ( NO ) and serum endothelin ( ET ) of the arteriae dorsalis pedis in two groups.Result: The observation group exhibited remarkably higher in E ρ, β, AI, PWVβ and ET, lower AC and NO2-/NO3- than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .In the observation group, the preeclampsia patients exhibited remarkably higher in E ρ, β AI, PWV β and ET, lower AC and NO2-/NOf than those of the HDCP patients, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: The HDCP patients probably suffered vascular endothelium dependent diastolic dysfunction and E-Tracking technique is able to effectively monitor the vascular endothelin injury of the patients.
