复合乳酸菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗急性腹泻病临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of the Lactobacillus Complex Capsules Combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of Acute Diarrhea

目的:探讨复合乳酸菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散在临床治疗急性腹泻的疗效情况。方法:选择2014年9月-2016年9月在本院就诊的100例急性腹泻患儿,按照随机原则平均分为两组,其中对照组蒙脱石散治疗,而观察组则是在此基础上联合复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗,对比两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效、止泻时间以及体温恢复正常时间,同时统计各组不良反应发生率。结果:对照组总有效率70.0%,而观察组总有效率则高达94.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在止泻时间和体温恢复正常时间对比中,观察组患儿的平均止泻时间、体温恢复正常时间均明显低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未出现明显的不良反应,仅有部分患儿出现恶心、腹部不适等,对症处理后正常,两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在临床治疗急性腹泻患儿过程中,除了常规应用止泻药物对症治疗外,还可以联合应用乳酸菌胶囊通过调节肠道菌群来提高疗效,不仅缩短了止泻时间,且不会增加不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Lactobacillus complex capsules combined with Montmorillonite powder in the treatment of acute diarrhea Method： 100 children with acute diarrhea admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random principle.The control group adopted Montmorillonite powder for treatment, while on this basis, the observation group adopted combined lactobacillus complex capsules for treatment.The clinical curative effect, antidiarrheal time and temperature recovery time of patients in two groups were compared, and the incidence rate of adverse reaction was analyzed for each group at the same time.Result： The total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%, while the observation group was 94.0%, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The diarrhea time, normal temperature recovery time, average antidiarrheal time, and normal temperature recovery time in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （ P〈0.05 ） .There was no obvious adverse reaction for patients in two groups and only a part of children had nausea and abdominal discomfort, they were normal after symptomatic treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were not statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） .Conclusion： In the process of treating patients with acute diarrhea, besides the conventional application of antidiarrheal drugs for treatment, the curative effect improves which combined application of Lactobacillus capsules to adjust the intestinal flora, which can not only shorten the diarrhea time, but also does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, so that it is worthy of clinical promotion.
