华佗夹脊穴埋线调控脑卒中后痉挛状态的临床研究

Clinical Study of Spasticity after Stroke Treated with Hua Tuo Jiaji Acupoint Catgut Embedding

目的:观察华佗夹脊穴埋线法治疗脑卒中偏瘫肢体痉挛的有效性。方法:选取符合纳入标准的60例病例,按机随数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组予华佗夹脊穴埋线法治疗,同时进行常规康复治疗,对照组只进行常规康复治疗。治疗前后,利用Ashworth痉挛量表(MAS)评定痉挛程度,采用Brunnstrom运动功能评定和简式Fugl-Meyer评价(FMA)评定运动功能。结果:治疗后两组各项评分都较治疗前改善,治疗组各项指标改善程度明显好于对照组,治疗组总有效66.7%,对照组总有效53.3%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:华佗夹脊穴埋线法对治疗脑卒中偏瘫肢体痉挛有效,且其作用时间长,简便、易行、安全、价格低廉,临床应用价值高。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of Hua Tuo Jiaji acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke.Method： 60 cases met inclusion criteria were selected, and they divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by Hua Tuo Jiaji acupoint catgut embedding for treatment based on conventional rehabilitation therapy, while the control group received routine rehabilitation treatment simply.Before and after treatment, spasticity was assessed by the Ashworth spasticity scale （ MAS ） .The motor function was assessed by Brunnstrom and Fugl-Meyer （FMA） .Result： After the treatment, the treatment group and the control group were all better than those before treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 66.7% improved significantly better than the control group of 53.3%, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Hua Tuo Jiaji acupoint catgut embedding is effective in the treatment of hemiplegic limb spasticity, and its effect last for a long time, simple, safe, low price and high value of clinical application.
