支撑片排布对换热器性能影响的数值研究 被引量:2

摘要 分别建立常规支撑片排布及1/8排,1/4排,3/8排,1/2排新型支撑片排布下片式支撑结构换热器模型,运用CFD分析软件FLUENT进行数值模拟计算,考察支撑片排布对片式支撑换热器性能的影响。结果表明,通过合理改变支撑片排布方式,能够有效提高换热器局部及壳程整体流体流动的扰动程度,优化换热器壳程速度场和温度场的协同性,强化换热器传热。不同流态下,1/8排支撑片排布方式下换热器壳程综合性能最高,3/8排支撑片排布方式下换热器壳程传热系数最高,较常规支撑片排布分别增加4.42%~6.29%和8.76%~10.51%。 The models of general support pieces arrangement and the new pieces arrangement of 1/8,1/4, 3/8,1/2 were established,respectively. CFD analysis software FLUENT was used to carry out the numeri- cal simulation. And performance of heat exchanger with different support pieces arrangement was investi- gated. Results show : through reasonable arrangement of support pieces, the disturbance of local and overall fluid flow in shell side can be effectively improved, the synergy between velocity field and temperature field of shell side is optimized, and the heat transfer of heat exchanger can be enhancement. Under differ- ent fluid flow, the comprehensive performance is the highest when support pieces arrangement is 1/8, and the heat transfer performance is the highest when support pieces arrangement is 3/8, compared with gener- al support pieces arrangement, the comprehensive performance and heat transfer performance increased 4.42% to 6.29% and 8.76% to 10.51% respectively.
