摘要
设备结构形式对设备的风险有较大的影响,无论是不合理的主体结构还是某些不合理或存在焊接质量问题的局部结构都会增加设备发生失效的可能性,尤其是设备的局部结构更容易被人忽视。对设备开展风险评价时应对设备的局部结构形式做深入的分析,考虑不同工况、不同环境下设备可能会出现某些非正常失效模式,根据失效模式调整设备失效概率。设备发生失效可能性增加,设备的风险也可能增加。对于一些由于局部结构导致设备发生失效的设备在服役当中应给予足够的重视。
Equipment structure form has a larger effect on the risk of equipment, both the unreasonable major structure and some unreasonable local structure or the local structure exiting welding quality prob- lems will increase the possibility of equipment failure. When carrying out the risk assessment of some equipment, people should consider some abnormal failure mode according to different condition and envi- ronment, and adjust the equipment failure probability. When Equipment failure probability increases, the risk of the equipment maybe increase. It should be given enough attention for some equipment failure due to the local structure of the equipment.
