中国地方经济增长向质量型转换的绩效测度与路径选择

The Performance Measurement and Solutions of the Transformation to the Stage of Quality Growth of China's Regional Economic Growth

中国地方经济在改革开放以来的三十多年间经历了由数量型增长阶段向质量型增长阶段的转换。通过构建中国地方经济增长向质量型转换的绩效测度指标体系,测算1978年改革开放以来地方经济增长向质量型转换的绩效,并对测算结果进行阶段划分。在此基础上分析得出地方经济增长向质量型转换的源泉、地区差异性和阶段性特征,由此提出下一阶段地方经济增长向质量型转换的路径选择。

Since the reform and opening up, the regional economy of China has experienced a gradual from the quantitative growth stage to the stage of quality growth. In this paper, we analyzed the performance of the eco- nomic growth quality of different provinces in China by calculating the performance index of the economic growth quality and then divide the index by stages. The result reveals that the reasonis, the differences and the feature of the economic growth quality of different provinces in different period. In this case, this paper pro- vides several ways to improve the economic growth quality of different provinces.
