摘要
在干旱防雨棚内,利用生产上推广种植的10个玉米杂交种进行抗旱性比较试验。试验设干旱胁迫(仅苗期灌水一次)和正常灌水两种处理,测定与玉米抗旱性有关的11个农艺和生理生化指标。结果表明:干旱对玉米产量、主要农艺性状和生理生化指标有显著影响;穗粗、穗行数、千粒重、脯氨酸、ASI等指标均可作为玉米不同时期的抗旱性鉴定指标,株高、穗位高、穗长、秃尖、MDA和叶绿素含量可作为抗旱性鉴定的参考指标。综合隶属度分析结果表明,衡单6272为强抗,伟科702为抗,郑单958、浚单20、农华101、鲁单981为中抗,先玉335、登海605、中单909和蠡玉37为弱抗品种。
In the rain proof shelter,the drought resistances of 10 widely-planted maize hybrids were tested and compared. In this experiment,two treatments were designed,namely drought stress( irrigation only one time at seedling stage) and the control( normal irrigation at growth stage),and the eleven agronomic,physiological and biochemical traits related to drought resistance of maize were determined. The results showed that drought had significant effects on the yield and main agronomic,biochemical and physiological traits of maize. Under drought stress,ear diameter,ear row number,1000-kernel weight,proline content and ASI could be used as the identification indexes of drought resistance of maize in different growth period; plant height,ear height,ear length,bald tip,MDA content and chlorophyll content could be used as the reference indexes of maize drought resistance identification. The results of comprehensive membership analysis indicated that: Hengdan 6272 was strongly resistant to drought; Weike702 was resistant to drought; Zhengdan 958,Jundan 20,Nonghua 101 and Ludan 981 were moderately resistant to drought;while Xianyu 335,Denghai 605,Zhongdan 909 and Liyu 37 were weakly resistant to drought.
