摘要
运用径向CRS和非径向CRS数据包络方法,评价山东省各地市医疗卫生机构服务效率。结果发现,运用径向和非径向CRS,DEA有效的地市相同且均为5个;其它非有效的12个地市,径向CRS效率大于非径向,径向CRS模型过分强调了床位数的重要性,忽视了其他指标的相对重要性。通过比较两种模型的最优目标值发现,径向CRS模型的投入和产出目标值存在偏大或偏小的不合理现象。
The radial and non-radial CRS data envelopment methods were used to evaluate the service efficiency of health institutions in Shandong Province. The results showed that there were five cities with same DEA efficiency and twelve cities with non-effective DES, radial CRS efficiency was greater than non-radial, and the radial CRS model overemphasized the importance of bed number and ignored the relative importance of other indicator. By comparing the optimal target values in the two models, this paper found an unreasonable phenomenon that the input and output target values of the radial CRS model are too large or too small.
