缩小贫富差距是共同富裕理论研究的主要问题,而准确判断贫富差距的性质是破解这一问题的理论前提;公平与效率关系的理论探讨及理论争鸣是贯穿共同富裕理论研究的一条思想主线,而效率与公平只是作为要达到的具体的政策目标,服从和服务于共同富裕这一社会目标的实现,不存在所谓抽象的效率与公平;公有制是共同富裕实现路径的主要依托,而所有制选择和市场化改革一样只是实现共同富裕目标的手段选择,它不是改革追求的最终目的。只是缘于公有制的共富机制是共同富裕方向的经济保证和社会化大生产的趋势需要,所以在共同富裕目标追求的所有制手段选择中具有基础性的地位。
