金川Ⅰ矿区8行~Ⅱ矿区6行850m水平以下矿体开采方案探讨

摘要 Ⅰ矿区8行-Ⅱ矿区6行850m水平以下矿体为金川矿山相对独立的边缘矿体,该矿体东西走向长约800m,厚度从4~40m不等,保有储量约1112万吨,Ni平均品位1.498%,镍金属量16.70万吨。由于该矿体埋藏深、矿体薄、储量小、品位高,在开采方案选择上存在很多争议和问题。本文通过对该矿体开采方案的探讨,提出了适合该矿体产状特点的采矿方法和开采方案,分析了矿山开采的经济效益,为该矿体资源的安全、合理、高效回收提出了良好的建议。 The ore body below 850m level in No. 8 of Ⅰ area to No. 6 of Ⅱ area is relatively independent of Jinchuan area, which is strike with 800m from east to west, width with 4m to 40m, reserves about 11.12Mr, average grade with 1. 498% Ni, and Ni metal with 167Kt. Because of buried depth, small thickness, small reserves, high grade of the ore body, there is a lot of controversy and problems in the mining program selection. Through the discussion of the ore mining plan, this paper put forward for the mining methods and mining plan, analyzed of the economic benefits of mining. And it made a good recovery recommendation, which is safe, reasonable and efficient.
