金川矿山湿式喷浆支护工艺方案研究

摘要 金川矿山井下巷道支护一直沿用干喷喷浆工艺,存在回弹率高、劳动强度大、施工速度慢,喷射混凝土强度低等问题,通过工艺革新,采用湿式喷浆,回弹率将大幅降低,劳动作业环境得到明显改善。在金川矿山和国内矿山现状调查的基础上,提出金川矿山湿式喷浆支护工艺的三种方案,分别对方案的优缺点进行详细的比较分析,指出金川矿山湿式喷浆支护工艺存在的问题及建议,为金川矿山推广湿式喷浆支护工艺奠定了基础。 Jinchuan mine roadway support design used dry spray technology, the rebound rate is high, the labor intensity big, slow speed of construction, low intensity of sprayed concrete problems, through technological innovation, the wet shotcrete, resilient rate will be greatly reduced, dramatically improve the working environment of labor. In jinchuan mining and domestic status quo investi- gation, on the basis of jinchuan mine is put forward three kinds of scheme of the wet shotcrete supporting technology, respectively, to a detailed comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of solution, points out that the jinchuan mine wet shotcrete support- ing technology problems and Suggestions, for promotion of the wet shotcrete supporting technology jinchuan mine laid a solid founda- tion.
