摘要
本文论述了等离子体技术的发展简史,等离子熔炼的基本原理及其技术。重点介绍了国外已经开发的等离子熔炼技术所涉及的四种等离子熔炼工艺,如等离子熔凝(Plasma Consolidation)、等离子弧重熔(Plasma ArcRemelting)、等离子冷床炉熔炼(Plasma Cold HearthMehing)、等离子冷坩埚铸造(Plasma Cold CrucibleCasting)技术,并简要论述了等离子熔炼炉的基本炉型和结构。探讨了国内外在等离子熔炼技术上的应用,展望我国在等离子熔炼技术上的发展前景。
This article discusses the brief history of the development of plasma, basic principles and technology of plasma melting. Focuses on plasma melting technology involved in a variety of plasma melting process, such as Plasma Consolidation, ArcRemelting Plasma, Plasma Cold HearthMehing, Plasma Cold Crucible Casting technology, and briefly discusses the basic structure of plasma melting furnace. Discussed the application of plasma melting technology at home and abroad, development prospects of plasma melting technical.
