摘要
提出了对锡槽冷却风系统末端喷嘴到锡槽底板的距离对冷却效果的影响。具体分析了锡槽冷却风系统主风箱结构、尺寸对系统出风均匀性的影响,并给出相应的科学建议:喷嘴到底板的距离控制在100~150 mm为宜;送风箱上各侧孔孔口面积之和与送风箱的截面积之比<0.4时,各侧孔出风比较均匀。
The impact of distance between end nozzle of cooling air system and the tin bath bottom plate on the cooling effect was discussed. The effect of structure and dimension of the main bellows of cooling air system of tin bath on uniform of output air was analyzed and some corresponding scientific advice were presented. It is pointed out that the ideal distance from the nozzle to the bottom plate should be of 100 150 mm. The output of air from each side-opening will be uniform when the ratio of orifice area products of every side-opening and the cross sectional area of blower is less than 0.4.
