摘要
针对研究蔗叶对泡沫混凝土发泡剂发泡性能的影响及拓展蔗叶的利用渠道,本文通过添加6种不同处理方式的蔗叶(预处理蔗叶、碱处理蔗叶、乙酰化蔗叶、明胶膜蔗叶、石蜡膜蔗叶、硅油膜蔗叶)至发泡液,研究了蔗叶纤维对发泡剂的发泡倍数、1 h沉降距、1 h泌水量、泡沫半消时间、泡沫全消时间和发泡时间等性能参数的影响。结果显示,明胶膜蔗叶纤维的效果比其他蔗叶纤维好,发泡倍数提高30.37%,1 h沉降距减小4.15%,1 h泌水率减小6.26%,泡沫半消时间增长28.98%,泡沫全消时间增长73.73%,发泡时间减短41.78%。附膜处理是蔗叶纤维改善发泡剂发泡性能的有效手段,其中,效果最好的是明胶膜蔗叶纤维。
The present research was focused on sugarcane leaf with potential to improve the performance of foamed concrete foaming agent and broaden the field of sugarcane leaf exploitation. In this dissertation, six kinds of modified sugarcane leaves (unprocessed sugarcane leaf, alkali treated sugarcane leaf, acetylated sugarcane leaf, attached gelatin film sugarcane leaf, attached paraffin film sugarcane leaf, attached silicone oil film sugarcane leaf) was added to the foaming agent to study the effects of sugarcane leaf fiber on foaming agent performance parameters including foaming ratio, 1 hour settling distance, 1 hour water secretion, half foam extinction time, all foam extinction time and foaming time. The results showed that attaching gelatin film sugarcane leaf fiber displayed better than others, foaming ratio increased by 30.37%, 1 hour settling distance decreased by 4.15%, 1 hour water secretion decreased by 6.26%, half foam extinction time increased by 28.98%, all foam extinction time increased by 73.73%, foaming time decreased by 41.78%. Attaching film to sugarcane leaves was the most effective method to improve the property of foamed concrete foaming agent, especially the best was gelatin film sugarcane leaf fiber.
