团队变革型领导对安全结果影响机制的研究 被引量:5

Influence mechanism of team-level transformational leadership on individual-level safety outcomes: an empirical study based on oilfield company

摘要 为进一步探讨变革型领导、安全氛围与安全结果的关系,在前人研究基础上,提出研究假设并建立变革型领导、安全氛围与安全结果的多层中介模型,并对某大型油田一线员工进行问卷调查,基于调查得来的67个班组613份有效数据,采用多层结构方程模型(SEM)分析验证中介机制模型。结果表明,团队层面变革型领导行为正向影响安全氛围;安全氛围正向影响个体层面安全结果;团队层面变革型领导行为通过正向影响安全氛围进而对安全结果产生积极影响。 To further explore the relationships among the transformational leadership,the safety climate and the safety outcomes,a multi-level mediation model was built on the basis of the previous findings. A questionnaire survey was carried out into 670 crude oil production workers of 67 groups in a certain oilfield company in China. The model was tested by using the data obtained from the survey and the SEM method.The results show that the transformational leadership has a positive effect on the safety climate on the team level,that the safety climate has a positive effect on the safety outcomes indicated by near-miss and injures on cross level,and that the transformational leadership has a positive effect on the safety outcomes through the safety climate.
