摘要
构建包含OFDI因素的制造业集聚决定模型,运用2003~2013年间中国30个省市的面板数据进行参数估计,对中国制造业集聚的影响路径进行了详细分析。研究发现,OFDI的规模经济效应和逆向技术溢出效应对中国制造业产值区位熵和Krugman专业化系数有着显著正向影响。分区位看,东部地区OFDI能带来资本存量和研发投入增加,制造业集聚效应更为明显;分行业看,OFDI能通过增强资本禀赋以及自主创新禀赋对我国技术密集型制造业集聚程度的促进作用较为明显。最后,提出相应对策。
In order to estimate the influence path of Chinese manufacturing regional agglomeration, it is necessary to build a manufacturing agglomeration decision model associated OFD1 by using a panel dataset covering 30 provinces from 2003 to 2013. The empirical results show scale effect of capital factors proportion and reverse spillover effect of independent innovation input induced by OFDI have significant positive influence on Chinese manufacturing LQ and KS coefficients. Eastern region can bring a significant boost of capital stock and R＆D input through OFDI. Benefiting from capital endowment and dependent innovation inputs strengthening, OFDI can promote rapidly improvement of Chinese technology-intensive manufacturing agglomeration. Finally, the conclusions and countermeasures are drawn.
