摘要
针对异形薄片钣金冲压目前依然普遍采用手工操作的状况,以36码旱地溜冰鞋防护铝片的冲制为例,对设备进行了自动化改造尝试.即,在传统冲压设备上添置若干专门机构及控制系统,将其升级为简易型自动冲压设备:一是采用活动储料仓、靠模侧推分离技术,解决异形薄片工件在装卸料过程中棘手的分离、抓取以及运送难题;二是基于PLC逻辑控制平台开发了冲床与各机械手互联工作的安全协议,全程监控工作过程中可能出现的安全问题.实物样机调试验证的结果表明:本技术方案能够取代当下某异形薄片工件完全依赖人手装卸料和手动操控冲裁的工作模式,不仅大大消除了生产过程中的安全隐患,生产效率也大为提高,产量由传统人工操作时的5 000件/人/班提高至现在的28 800件/人/班.
In the light of the fact that manual operation is still widely adopted in the irregular thin sheet metal stamping, this study takes the stamping of the protective aluminum sheet of roller skates as an example and makes an attempt at the automation of the equipment.Some special components and control systems are added to the traditional stamping equipment to upgrade it to simple automatic stamping equipment.One approach is to adopt the active storage bin and the profiling side push separation technology to solve the tricky problem of separation, grab and conveying; another approach is to develop a safety protocol regarding the punch press and mechanical arms based on the PLC logic control to monitor the security problems that may arise in the process of monitoring.Real test results show that the technical scheme can replace the current working mode in which the processing of irregular thin sheet workpieces depends entirely on manual handling of materials and manual manipulation of the blanking.The new scheme can not only substantially reduce safety accidents in the production process, but also can improve production efficiency, thus increasing the overall output per man shift from 5,000 to 28,800 pieces.
