基于非线性时变因子模型的地区环境效率俱乐部收敛分析

Environment Efficiency Club Convergence Analysis Based on the Nonlinear Time-Varying Factor Model

在使用随机前沿估计的双曲线距离函数测度地区环境效率的基础上,应用更适合于环境变量的敛散性分析的非线性时变因子模型分析了地区间可能存在的环境效率俱乐部收敛现象。结果发现地区间环境效率存在着四个收敛俱乐部;进一步使用Ordered Probit模型分析表明人均GDP、对外开放程度、区域创新能力和产业结构是俱乐部形成的主要决定条件。

Based on the stochastic frontier estimation under hyperbolic distance function to measure the efficiency of regional environment, applying the Nonlinear Time-varying Factor model that is more suitable for environment variables divergence analysis, this paper analyzes the possible existence of environmental efficiency between regions club convergence phenomenon. Result finds that regional environment efficiency contains four club convergence. Further, based on analysis by Order Probit model, percapita GDP, the degree of opening, regional innovation ability and the industrial structure is the main pre- condition for club based on analysis by Ordered Probit model.
