摘要
从第四方物流视角出发,同时考虑配送质量与配送时间,建立委托代理数学模型,通过模型求解给出最优契约并对结果进行分析。结果表明,最优配送契约能够激励第三方物流努力工作,实现对配送过程的有效管理;配送质量与配送时间的契约激励是相互关联的,配送质量的提高与配送时间的缩短可以同时实现。数值实验显示了最优配送契约的有效性与系统参数对契约结果的影响。
From the fourth party logistics perspective, taking into account the delivery quality and delivery time, the principal agent mathematical model is established in this paper. The optimal contract is given by solving the model, and the results are analyzed. The results show that the optimal contract can inspire the third party logistics to work hard, and manage the delivery process effectively. The incentives of delivery quality and delivery time are interrelated, and the improved delivery quality and shorten delivery time can be achieved simultaneously. Numerical experiments show the effectiveness of optimal contract and affect of system parameters on optimal results.
