摘要
构建社区工作人才发展体系是巩固党的执政能力的必然要求,是推动和谐社区建设的强大动力,是支撑社会有序管理的重要力量。本文通过实践研究,以胜利油田社区工作人才发展体系建设为例,提出了从人才培养、人才评价、人才使用、人才激励四个角度开展机制创新的路径和措施。
To build a community service talent development system is a necessary requirement of consolidating the Party's ability to govern, a strong driver for harmonious society building, and an important support for the orderly management of society. Taking as the example the efforts of Shengli Oilfield to build a community service talent development system, the paper lays out the ways and measures to innovate mechanisms, covering talent training, talent evaluation, talent use and talent motivation.
