摘要
强化员工培训效果,提升管理骨干综合素质,是企业持续发展的内在要求。本文以茂名石化管理骨干培训为例,对其送外培训课程定制化、内部培训老师专家化、班级管理制度化等"三化"模式的培训实践进行了具体分析,以期为同类企业培训提供借鉴。
To improve staff training effects and raise the overall quality of management personnel is an inherent requirement of a company's pursuit for sustainable development. The paper offers a look into the practice of SINOPEC Maoming Company in management training, with a detailed analysis of the company's training mode featuring course customization for outsourced training, the use of experts for in-house training and standardized management of classes, so as to provide some insights for similar training programs in other companies.
