摘要
近年来,随着就业市场竞争日趋激烈,科研院所就业指导工作面临着种种挑战。毕业生就业竞争力的培养不是一蹴而就,科研院所应倡导全员参与的就业工作理念,把就业指导工作贯穿到教学、管理、服务的各个环节,努力构建就业工作大团队,形成从始至终、自上而下、全员齐抓共管的就业工作机制和良好氛围。
In recent years, with growing competition in the job market, research institutes are facing numerous challenges in career guidance. Graduates' competitiveness in job seeking cannot be shaped overnight. Research institutes should promote the concept of wide participation in career guidance, i.e. to include career guidance in every link of the teaching, management and service processes and establish a large team of career advisers so as to form a career guidance mechanism featuring the provision of guidance services for students throughout their studies at school and the involvement of all types of parties.
