摘要 评述了铅锌尾矿各利用途径的优势、缺陷和研究进展,介绍了免烧陶粒的性能及研究现状,提出了一种利用铅锌尾矿制备免烧陶粒的新思路。由于铅锌尾矿没有活性,直接用作原料制备免烧陶粒不可行。考虑先将其煅烧至熔融态,然后在空气中急速冷却。铅锌尾矿经过处理后,其中的SiO_2、Al2O_3从晶体矿物形式转化为无定形的玻璃体,再掺加激发剂,激发尾矿的活性。最后,指出了目前我国铅锌尾矿利用所面临的问题。 Advantages,shortcomings and current research progress of different utilization ways of lead-zinc tailings are reviewed.Properties and research status of unburned ceramsite are introduced. A new th-ought for production of unburned ceramsite by using lead-zinc tailings is put forward.Because lead-zinc tailings have no activity,it is unfeasible to produce unburned ceramsite using them directly as raw mater-ials.First,lead-zinc tailings are calcined to the molten state,and then rapidly cooled in the air.After lead-zinc tailings were dealed with,Al2O3 and SiO2 in them are transformed from the crystalline mineral form into vitreous body. Activator is added to stimulate the activity of tailings.At last,the problems existing in utilization of lead-zinc tailings in China are pointed out.
