摘要
云南某铁精矿中磷含量为0.45%,铁品位57.08%,铁矿物以磁铁矿和赤铁矿为主,磷组分以磷灰石的形态存在且嵌布细度细。对该高磷铁精矿进行了提质降磷试验研究。试验研究结果表明:以氢氧化钠调浆至pH=9左右,木质素(150 g/t)和淀粉(300 g/t)作组合抑制剂,CB为新型捕收剂(20 g/t),采用原浆反浮选后,一次粗选可实现铁精矿中磷的有效脱除,最终获得品位58.75%,磷含量0.23%,铁回收率约为85%的反浮选指标,可望为控亏、企业减亏提供了一条有效的途径。
The phosphorus content of an iron ore in Yunnan is 0. 45%and the iron grade is 57. 08%.Iron ore mainly consists of magnetite and hematite,and the composition of the phosphorus is in the form of apatite. The high-phosphorus iron ore were upgraded by study of phosphorus reduction.Teat results show that: Slurried with sodium hydroxide to pH = 9 or so,lignin(150 g/t) and starch(300 g/t) as a combination of inhibitors,CB for the new collector(20 g/t),the use of anti-floating puree after the election,an iron concentrate can be achieved effectively removing phosphorus e.Ultimately the good anti-flotation indexes with the grade of 58. 75%,phosphorus content of 0. 23%,iron recovery about 85%were obtained,which can provide an effective way for loss control and loss mitigation of enterprises.
