摘要
攀钢集团矿业有限公司为降本增效,采取了保产550万t/a铁精矿的措施,如加长改造二段球磨设备,提高磨机生产能力,调整磨机钢球配比,提高磨机效率等,该措施的实施在目前原矿TFe品位在28.50%的情况下,将会产生929.20 t/h的尾矿量。通过对现有尾矿处理设施及输送系统的评价,针对保产新增尾矿的处理及输送方式,提出建议及措施,为保产措施的实施提供保障。
To reduce costs and increase productivity Mining Co. Ltd. takes action to ensure the production of iron concentrate 5,500,000 t/a,such as,sec-milling transformation extension to Increase mill production capacity,adjusting the ratio of ball mill and Increasing the mill efficiency.By the new solution 929. 20 t/h tailings will be produced when the raw ore grade of TFe is 28. 50%.After the evaluation of the treatment facilities and transporting systems,a proposal about the process of tailings transportation is provided to achieve the goal of the new method.
